Make sure you have ample water for your day. And be "Sun Smart". Protect your body by bringing a shelter kit, perhaps a long sleeved shirt and certainly a broad brimmed hat - even on a cloudy day. And protect our beach. Take your rubbish with you. Remember NOT to undress until you are 200m from the Northern entrance. Guide and assist each other and those new to the lifestyle. Kindness and courtesy never goes out of style. And ladies who wish some solitude, for your personal safety, please enjoy your 'alone time' no further than 30m from a group of people.
